Welcome to 92pak6 (referred to in these Terms & Conditions as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). 92pak6 is an online entertainment information platform that provides sports betting, live casino, slots and esports wagering information and services to users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms ") govern your access to and use of the 92pak6 platform, including all content, functionality and services offered on or through the website located at https://92pak6.cam. To access certain features of the Platform, you will be required to create a registered account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and the ongoing management of your account:

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide truthful, accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly whenever it changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Credential Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 92pak6 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify 92pak6 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. We reserve the right to take any action we consider necessary to maintain platform security, including temporary account suspension.
• Know Your Customer (KYC): The Operator may require identity verification documents — such as a valid CNIC, passport or proof of address — before processing withdrawals or activating bonuses. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
• Account Ownership: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign or otherwise dispose of your account or any funds held within it to any third party.

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Accessing or attempting to access areas of the Platform or the Operator's systems that you are not authorised to access.
• Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, scrapers or any other software or technology to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended by 92pak6.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage abuse or exploitation of pricing errors or technical glitches for financial gain.
• Attempting to launder money, fund terrorist activity, or use the Platform for any other criminal or illegal purpose.
• Transmitting any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, threatening or otherwise objectionable through any communication channel provided by the Platform.
• Reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling or exploiting any portion of the Platform's Content or functionality without prior written authorisation from 92pak6.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling or otherwise attempting to extract source code or proprietary algorithms from the Platform.
• Impersonating any other person or entity, including 92pak6 staff or representatives, on or through the Platform.

92pak6 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Acceptable Use policy and to take all appropriate action, including suspension or permanent termination of accounts, reporting to law enforcement authorities, and pursuing civil or criminal remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

All financial transactions on the Platform are governed by the Operator's current deposit and withdrawal policies. The following general principles apply:

92pak6 may display information about welcome bonuses, reload offers, free bets, cashback deals and other promotional incentives offered by the Operator. The following conditions govern all bonuses and promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements set by the Operator. You must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are detailed in the individual offer terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be claimed and/or used within the time period specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino and certain other game types may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely. Refer to individual promotion terms for full details.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotional offers are generally limited to one per household, IP address, device and payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Right to Modify or Withdraw: 92pak6 and/or the Operator reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform — including but not limited to the 92pak6 brand name, logo, design, layout, text content, graphics, software, data compilations and all other material published on the Platform — are and shall remain the exclusive property of 92pak6 or its respective licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, republish, distribute or publicly display any Content from the Platform without prior written consent from 92pak6.
• Create derivative works based on any Content or design element of the Platform.
• Use any 92pak6 trademark, service mark, logo or trade name in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any external website or application.

Any unauthorised use of Platform Content or intellectual property constitutes an infringement of 92pak6's rights and may give rise to civil and criminal liability. If you believe any Content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us using the details in Section 13.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92pak6 expressly excludes all liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, even if 92pak6 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any inaccuracy, error or omission in the Platform's Content, including betting odds, bonus terms, game information or payment method details.
• Any interruption, suspension or discontinuation of the Platform or any part thereof.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform without independently verifying its accuracy with the relevant Operator.
• Any losses sustained as a result of gambling activity, including wagering decisions made based on information obtained from this Platform.

92pak6 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your access to the Platform or your registered account in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, deceptive or dishonest conduct in connection with your account.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation or a competent authority.
• Your continued access poses a risk to the security, integrity or reputation of the Platform.
• You have provided false or misleading information at any stage of registration or KYC verification.
• You have attempted to create multiple accounts or abuse promotional offers.

Where your account is terminated for reasons of suspected fraud or a material breach of these Terms, 92pak6 and/or the Operator reserve the right to withhold any funds in your account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, those funds may be forfeited.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses at the time of closure may be voided along with the associated bonus balance.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed and incorporated.

To the extent that any provision of these Terms conflicts with applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, those mandatory local law provisions shall prevail only to the extent required. All other provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.

92pak6 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. In certain circumstances, we may also provide more prominent notice of changes, such as a notification upon login.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.

Where an amendment is required by law or regulatory direction, it may take effect immediately upon publication without advance notice to Users.
